Race information

The Prize giving will be held in the Hill City-University Club rooms at approximately 4:30pm. All competitors and supporters are invited to this event.

  • Trophies are to be presented to the winning teams in the Men’s and Women’s A grades, the winning Masters Men’s team, and the fastest individual man and woman.
  • Prizes will be awarded to each of the winning teams in each event
  • Stick around for spot prizes (proudly sponsored by Shoe Clinic)

Team Changes

Must be done on the Team Change sheets provided & handed to the computer operators not less than 30 mins prior to the race start.

Lap Stewards

Hold up one of your team’s race numbers and notify officials when your runners are about to change / team is finishing.

Fill in the Lap Steward cards provided & return them along with ALL race numbers ASAP after each race.

Clubs will be charged $10 / missing race numbers NO EXCEPTIONS.

Reserves

Please let the meeting manager know if you have spare runners as you may be able to make up a random team.

Results

Will be emailed to clubs / schools, included in the ODT and posted on our website.

Copies may be available at Prize Giving.

Entry Fees

Clubs/schools will be invoiced after the race for all teams (regardless of if they are scratched).
