N.B. Age gradings are as at 31 December 2026 for all grades except Masters, which are age on the day of the event.
If your club or Hall of Residence has (additional) people who want to participate, but not enough to make a complete team, please email hcyharriers@gmail.com before Monday 27 April at 5:00 pm with their details and we can make composite teams allowing more people to be involved.

Key Event Info:
Date: Saturday, 2 May 2026
Location: University Oval, Main Ground, Logan Park, Dunedin.
Entry Fees:
Entry fees are $15 per person. Under 8, Under 12 and Under 14 are free!
Discounted Residential College event fee of $10 per person.
We will invoice clubs/ Residential Colleges directly for online bulk payments of entry fees.
Provisional Timetable (Times to be Confirmed):
Race 1: 12:30 pm – U8’s fun run (1 lap, parents are welcome to accompany their child)
Race 2: 12:35 pm – Under 12 Mixed, Under 14 Mixed
1:05 pm – Children’s prize giving
Race 3: 1:20 pm – Social/ Mixed
Race 4: 1:55 pm – Mixed Otago University Residential College,
Under 16 Mixed, Under 18 Mixed
Race 5: 2:25 pm – Masters Men (35+), Masters Women (35+)
Race 6: 2:55 pm – Senior Women
Race 7: 3:20 pm – Senior Men
Make sure to check back closer to the date, as times will be amended and the order may slightly change.
Prizegiving:
- Children’s Prizegiving will be held at the conclusion of the Children’s race near the start/finish line
- General Prizegiving will be held in front of the main grandstand at the conclusion of the event.
- Trophies are to be presented to the winning teams in the Men’s and Women’s
Results:
Results will also be emailed to clubs and halls of residence and posted on our website: http://www.hillcity.org.nz and Facebook event after the event.

Team Changes:
Must be done on the Team Change sheets provided & handed to the computer operators not less than 30 minutes prior to the race start.
Lap Stewards:
Please notify officials/ timers when your runners are about to change or if the team is finishing.
Fill in the Lap Steward cards provided & return them along with ALL race numbers ASAP after each race.
