N.B. Age gradings are as at 31 December 2025 for all grades except Masters, which are age on the day of the event.
If your club or Hall of Residence has (additional) people who want to participate, but not enough to make a complete team, please email hcyharriers@gmail.com before Monday 28 April at 5:00 pm with their details and we can make composite teams allowing more people to be involved.

Location: University Oval, Main Ground, Logan Park, Dunedin.

Entry Fees:
Entry fees are $15 per person. Under 12 and Under 14 are free!
Discounted Residential College event fee of $10 per person.
We will invoice clubs/ Residential Colleges directly for online bulk payments of entry fees.
Provisional Timetable:
Race 1: 1:00 pm – Social/ Mixed
Race 2: 1:40 pm – Under 12 Mixed, Under 14 Mixed
Race 3: 1:55 pm – Mixed Otago University Residential College, Under 16 Mixed, Under 18 Mixed
Race 4: 2:25 pm – Masters Men (35+), Masters Women (35+)
Race 5: 2:55 pm – Senior Women
Race 6: 3:20 pm – Senior Men
Prizegiving:
Prizegiving will be held at the end of each race. Please hang around if you are part of a winning team.

Trophies will be presented to the winning teams in the Men’s and Women’s A grades, the winning Master’s Men’s and Women’s teams, U16/ U18 mixed, and the fastest individual man and woman.
Mixed relay events (U16/18 and Otago University Residential College) require at least two female team members to be eligible.
We will also endeavour to recognise the fastest individual men and women for each grade within each event.
Results:
Results will be posted here as soon as they become available.
Results will also be emailed to clubs and halls of residence and posted on our website: http://www.hillcity.org.nz and Facebook event after the event.

Team Changes:
Must be done on the Team Change sheets provided & handed to the computer operators not less than 30 minutes prior to the race start.
Lap Stewards:
Please notify officials/ timers when your runners are about to change or if the team is finishing.
Fill in the Lap Steward cards provided & return them along with ALL race numbers ASAP after each race.
